250ml collapsible running flask that can be filled with liquid or gels. Squeeze to drink or eat contents

• The lightweight, compressible flask can be filled with liquid or energy gels;
• Its small size makes it perfect for stashing in a waist pack or hydration vest;
• To consume the contents of the bottle simply squeeze the flask while using your teeth to gently bite the nozzle;
• Remove excess air, reducing any sloshing as you move;
• When empty the bottle packs down extremely small, making it easy to carry.
• It can be frozen, but also be used in temperatures up to 60C/140F.
• The main body of the flask is made of TPU and this product is PFC, BPA and PVC free. 
• Once you're home from your run, the SOFT FLASK is easily cleaned with warm soapy water.
